Teachers protesting changes in the state pension scheme

They do got 1200 Euros salary with 4 hours a day though... I know it is not much, but why do all teachers in Greece want to work at a state school? Have you seeen how many people try to pass the ASEP exam? If they are not happy with the system why even try? I am a teacher myself and I really don't know if I would strike if I were working at a state school - but I don't believe it is that hard, except for the relocation part!
