Do I recognise the decor of a Starbucks? Just so you know, Starbucks is the next evil empire... see this article. I quote: "The company, which opens six stores a day, has been accused of buying properties so close to each other that it puts independent cafes out of business." It will also soon have more branches open worldwide than McDonalds. Now, I do see the appeal - coming from a noisy, chaotic Greek street they are something of a haven from insanity... but, still. It's something to consider.
Well, compared with the other over priced cafes along the sea front which often consider your custom a personal affront Starbucks is a haven of calm and politeness. Not to mention cheaper, so what can I say?
