About a month ago came across a woman offering "free hugs" near Kamara in the centre. I thought that it was some kind of fraternity stunt or perhaps a prank of some kind. Still passers by treated her with a lot of gentle humour and some even took her up on the offer.However , I see from Flickr that this is a worldwide phenomenon.
